We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers for our students’ convenience. If there is anything you can’t find, we encourage you to text using social media or email us today and ask for assistance.

Whats the differnce between trainings

Basic trainings include 6 modules,6 tests with 10 questions for each module, pdf files,recorded video for 40 min with explanation and instructions on our closed Youtube channel.
Advance trainings include same packet as Basic and plus you can put yourself on schedule for online lessons here.Choose times between M-F 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. ukrainian time.Our lessons usually taking 1.5 hours.

How can i put myself into zoom schudule if i want to take advanced trainings?How long are the training sessions?

The total number of classes in general is 15 per month, that is, 3 classes per week. You can sign up easily by following the link . The schedule of classes is from Monday to Friday from 10 to 2.
The average duration of a zoom session is an hour.

What is your cancellation policy for advanced courses?

You can schedule and pay for our lessons online through web site and after free 0 lesson you might be able to cancell all trainings only between 0-1 lessons (2-4 days.) to get all refund.But if you for some reason if you cannot join us in Zoom for advanced courses, you will still change your mind for basic one. We will send you packet with all files and videos of our methodics so you can learn by yourself.
